Wayne grew up in penthouse apartments where the lights of San Myshuno never went out and neither did the parties. His parents were wealthy real estate investors who owned a plethora of properties all across the City North region. They made sure he never wanted for nothing, but while they were physically around, they were rarely present.

Nannies raised him; bartenders knew his order before his parents knew his favorite color. By the time he hit his teen years, Wayne learned two things very quickly: money fixes most problems, and emotional attachment usually created new ones. 

As a result, as a teen he skipped class to sneak into clubs he bribed his way in, dated people for the thrill of it, and somehow always talked his way out of consequences with a lazy smirk, well-timed compliment, or cheeky $100 casually slipped into a pocket. 

Underneath the confidence though, Wayne quietly carried a fear of becoming dependent on anyone. Watching his parents treat relationships like business arrangements made commitment feel more like a trap than a source of comfort.

Tragically everything changed for him when his parents unexpectedly passed away while he was attending university (which he was already failing out of).  Overnight, Wayne inherited an overwhelming portfolio of properties scattered around Newcrest and San Myshuno. Most people expected him to crash out but he managed to handle business just well enough to keep the money flowing while still living exactly how he wanted.

Now 26, he resides in one of the properties he manages. His days are a blur of late mornings, gym sessions he barely commits to, rooftop drinks, club hopping, and entertaining whoever currently has his attention.

He’s not a bad guy. He’s honest … selectively, and he genuinely enjoys making sims feel special, even if he knows deep down he isn’t planning on building a future with them. He loves the excitement of romance (the flirting, dates,  good morning texts, and most importantly, the feeling of being wanted). You could even say he craves connection constantly, but permanence terrifies him. Predictably, the second things start looking serious he instinctively pulls away. Cowardly so, he has chosen to live in the gray area of undefined relationships, and “seeing where things go” while carefully making sure they never go too far. 

Outside of his messy love life, Wayne is well known around the City North region. To some he’s the sexy landlord, a term used in name only as he has never not once “landlorded”, nor does he intend to. To others, he’s a public menace with a growing list of exes and trail of heartbreak on every corner. His friends, however, know him best as the life of the party with connections to VIP sections in every club, and access to comforts only money can buy. 

One thing’s for sure, no matter what side of Wayne you find yourself on, he’s sure to leave a lingering impression.
